Beach Cart Rules

Below are the rules and regulations with regards to our cart rentals, If you would like to review the rental agreement, then click here to open it.

DO NOT OPERATE Cart in The Surf or At Night. Doing so will result in the loss of the use of the cart and your security deposit at a minimum, no exceptions!

At NO time should there be more than 4 (four) passengers on the cart.
Slow down to turn and make corners, all our carts have altered suspensions “Lift Kits” and they are prone to roll over at high speeds.

KEYS must be removed from cart anytime it is left unattended.

Cart CHARGER needs to be kept out of the weather and off of the beach at all times. Leave the charger at the residence while operating the cart. Place the Cart on charge any time it is not being used or at a minimum every night regardless of the battery condition. Keep in mind, electric carts cannot and are not designed to run continuously without charging the batteries.

Wash off cart thoroughly, including the undercarriage. Please do not use pressure washer. Make sure that the charger does not get wet. “NOTE” Failure to wash the cart upon completion of rental period will result in a $20.00 cleaning fee and it will be charged against your deposit.

Our carts are inspected for damage at the point of delivery and pickup. In the event the cart is damaged during the rental period an estimated repair cost will be charged against your deposit.
